Incident's assigned to the 'x' and 'y' groups should not follow the Incident Auto-Closure property and should remain in Resolved State until manually closed .

For my incident table there is one property enabled which auto close incident after 12 days which is in resolved state , but i need to configure as when the incident assigned to one particular group it should not auto close after 12 days it should be closed manually. help me with best solution.

thanks in advance,
saikumar.

Hi @kumar junior11

May i know what is the use case for this, the global property work for all. if you want to make change, need to see / check the Schduel hob / flow which call this property and make changes.

but i need to stop these property for two particular groups, if that particular groups selected then it should not auto close the incident, it should be done manually.
