@-mentions in my sidebar are missing

If we mention someone in an incident or task it wont show up in their notifications sidebar.

 

Are we missing some basic settings?

Hi @matfro ,

 

1)Do u have this option on the sidebar, if not you have to update "Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set" the plugin

2)Once its available on the sidebar , if you mention someone on the Collaboration chat window it will display in the Mention section

If you mention someone in the incident/task it will only send emails not on the sidebar

Need customization to for task bases records.
