Message after uploading an attachment - Vancouver

Hi All - we recently upgraded to Vancouver, when we try to add an attachment in the platform we are getting an error info message. I added the attachment to an incident and got below message. How can we fix this?

To address the attachment error after upgrading to Vancouver in ServiceNow:

  1. Review the system logs for detailed error messages related to the attachment issue.
  2. Check if any custom scripts or business rules are impacting the attachment functionality.
  3. Confirm that the attachment module and related configurations are compatible with the Vancouver release.
  4. If the issue persists, reach out to ServiceNow support for specific guidance and potential fixes tailored to your instance.
    this issue was persist with my website . but now solved .

It may be due to your company security policy or as suggest by @Community Alums Instance Hardening. Is it happen before upgrade?
