Hi All - we recently upgraded to Vancouver, when we try to add an attachment in the platform we are getting an error info message. I added the attachment to an incident and got below message. How can we fix this?

- Confirm that the attachment module and related configurations are compatible with the Vancouver release.
- If the issue persists, reach out to ServiceNow support for specific guidance and potential fixes tailored to your instance.
this issue was persist with my website . but now solved .
