Hi Team ,

We are migrating to a new Service Now instance in few months , we would really need your help here . We are currently using Service Now and we need to move all the open incidents to the new Service Now instance . The SLA's also needs to be carry forwarded . Also similar is the case with Remedy to Service Now instance . All the open tickets in Remedy has to be moved to new Service Now instance and again the SLA's needs to be restored . Is there any way to achieve this ? Are there any steps to be followed . The comments , attachments , SLA everything needs to be same in the new instance . We dont want the SLA to be stopped / starting from new.

I tried from demo instance export import option but the created date is the current date time . IS there a way to have the same old created date with continued SLA ?

Regards,

Bhanu

Hi,

Yes you can use Precision Bridge Instance Migrator to migrate data to your new instance while maintaining in-flight SLAs and data integrity.  This product will also maintain in-flight workflow so that you can continue from the activity where you left off. Can also be used to migrate attachments and journal entries.  Similarly for migrating from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow you can use the Precision Bridge Remedy Migrator.
