Hi Experts! Can anyone help me on where should I go to access this major incident communication modal form ( and if its possible to update the reference qualifier to show the user's email in the dropdown?

this modal appears if you add a new communication task on the "Communicate" tab of the Major Incident Workbench.

And to answer your second question:
I don't believe you can display the email addresses of the selected users, as the workbench is a closed application and not a normal form.

For 2nd part, we had similar requirements of our customer but there is no way to do. The only way to use name.

Hi Everyone, I am also working on a kind of similar requirement and trying to integrate Microsoft Teams using Notify. However, I am not seeing any groups when creating a Collaborative Communication Task. I'm wondering what might have gone wrong. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
