Mobile app welcome message

If you have a look on the example look and feels of the mobile app, you will see the a welcome message. See picture: Good Morning, Your Name Here.

How can i configure this welcome message?

In this article is not mentioned how i can add the welcome message. I just configured the mobile app, and from the beginning the Welcome message was not available on the homepage. So any ideas about how to add the welcome message to the mobile app homepage?

The welcome message was disabled after Helsinki fyi
