Modify RITM history & SLA Repair

Hi,

We've implemented a functionality where a Catalog Task state will bubble up to its Request Item parent.

For example, if an Catalog Task state is changed to pending, therefore the Request Item state will be pending as well, same for closure and work in progress.

In general our Task SLA measurements are linked to a Request Item.

Therefore if a Catalog Task is pending, also the Request Item will be pending as well, and SLA will be paused.

We've implemented this behavior very recently and we have Request Items before this was implemented and the vast majority of them are already closed, that their SLA isn't taking into consideration if the Catalog Task during it's lifetime was ever pending (reminding it should be affecting the Request Item's SLA this way).

My question is if there is anyway of syncing the old Request Items with the current behavior, also, if so, will the SLA Repair would be sufficient to get these Request Items's Task SLAs to show correct measurements based on that (regardless of their current state)?

Hi @Ariel Aharon

SLA work on the conditions, as the records are already closed, so the SLA will not attached to old records.
