MRVS is not working on Portal

MRVS is not working while added the same on catalog item.

It throws below error on portal and failing to load SC_Catalog_Item widget.

java.lang.NullPointerException: Value in JsonObjects name/value pair cannot be null

Failing widget: 'SC Catalog Item' (3c29786e87133200e0ef0cf888cb0bdf)

Hi Monika,

Are you using any custom page? if yes, make sure you are using the widget with ID widget-sc-cat-item-v2. This is the new widget with has fix to lot of issues.

Please share the screenshot of the Portal page if this does not resolve your issue

I don't have any customization on Portal I am using the existing widget only.

Thanks for your help.

I am able to figure out the issue I am passing wrong value in Varaible Set Attributes field in variable set.

Removing the same resolved this issue on portal.
