We have installed and configured the MS Teams integration for ServiceNow. Followed the link below.
The integration appears to be working. The app installed successfully in Team and the Hub displays the correct data. While chatting with the app, I used the "notification" command and received the reply below.
While looking at the integration in SN, it shows the app and that I installed it, however it will not let me enable the notifications for all users. When I click that checkbox nothing happens. Is this the root of the issue?
Thank you.

Figured it out. Had to switch the Selected Application to "ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams" which then let me check that box and it resolved the issue. Following that I impersonated another user, added a comment to an INC and it pinged me in Teams.

Hello Chad
I am experiencing the same issue. Where did you switch the selected application to 'ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams'?

For me it worked only when I switched to Application Scope Global
In the background it will update sys_cs_channel for "Teams", which has checkbox "Enable Notifications". You can also update it directly there. This record is also in the global scope.

Hi,
I am able to receive the notification only if the conversation is active (disconnects after 1 hour from scheduled job - i can disable it but wanted to verify if you had a similar issue) in Teams, am i missing something or is it expected behavior ? If so can you please let me know what the workarounds would be ?
Thanks in advance!!
