MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution) Reporting

I am looking for an effective MTTR report users may have created. If anyone has one and can provide me the method/fields I'd be extremely grateful.

Is there a way to account for Deviation to determine the mean.   I would love for the 1-2 60 day old incidents to not impact my MTTR?
