Trying to set up San Diego feature in Walk-Up Experience where we can use multiple Kiosks on one Walk-Up location.
Looking on this article, but it's not helping anyway: Create a kiosk at a location
Right now we have two Walk-Up locations
- Office - IT
- Office - Facility Mgmt
We would like to merge Office FM into Office IT so that they can use the same sign in computer and television for all cases. But if feels like something is missing, because Reasons for visit are not shared between Office IT and Office FM when trying to submit a Walk-Up case.
This doc does not help either: Walk-up Experience management in Service Operations Workspace

We have the same requirement as well.
There are 3 kiosks available for IT, Facilities and HR in each office location. This means there are totally 6 tablets and 3 big monitors being used for each office location. Our requirement is to merge all of the 3 kiosks in to a single kiosk for each office location so that only 2 tablets and 1 big monitor would be used.
1 tablet for check in
1 tablet for feedback survey
1 big monitor for showing the queues
As of now, this is configured as 3 walk-up location queues though they are only 3 kiosks in the same location. We need to merge them to a single walk-up location queue in the system and at the sametime, the users should be able to select their kiosk in the check in tablet and the routing of the interaction tickets should happen to the respective agents as per the kiosk selected. Also, the kiosk selection (IT, Facilities, HR) should be available in the feedback survey tablet as well. Also, the kiosk selection should be available in the online check-in portal as well for 'Join the queue' as well as 'Schedule an appointment'.
Please let me know if someone has implemented something similar and how the kiosk selection was enabled in the respective areas.
