I am trying to do the same. I am unable to create a report on the sys_trigger table to check the scheduled job failures.
I am working on creating dashboards for instance health - including midserver failures, scheduled job failures,
critical errors and integration health.
If including sys_trigger table in the property is not advisable let me know the best way to acheive this.
