HI Community,
I have a requirement,
The so-called "global search" does not include configuration items in results, nor X cases (Table name)
We will have to add x_cases and cmdb_ci to the indexed AI search sources.
How can we achieve this?
steps i have done;
1. In text index configuration table i have added my tables.
2. In AI search indexed sources table, i have created a records and all index all table is done
3. record is created in search source and mapped
4. m2m_search_context_config_search_source.list in this table it is mapped to Now Experience Search Configuration
But still it is not working
please guide me on this where am i lacking
Note my custom table is not in global scope it is in different scope
