Need to Autopopulate technology owner field based on selection of business application

Hi ..

I have added two fields in catalog item i.e business application and technology owner but when the user selects the business application it should automatically populate the technology owner of that specific business application..

so what will be the client script for this

Is it not 1-1 mapping?

Liek One BS has One Business Owner? If yes, then auto populate must work. Give a try.

Hello Yini,

Have you tried using the Auto-populate functionality on the technology owner variable?

Obs. if this is not available to you, you will need to create a OnChange client script on the Business Application variable and use GlideAjax to retrieve the technology owner.
