Need to set color of state of carts in service operation workspace

Hello,
I have created one widget on interaction record , but in carts , the state is not display in color
could anyone help me

Hi @Asha Pathak ,

You can Navigate to All > Workspace Experience > Administration > Highlighted Values and click New.
