Not able to create a appointment in WalkUp Experience Online Portal.

Hi All i am trying to create a walkup appointment from the walkup online portal but facing a issue with the appointment creation. While clicking on Schedule Appointment i'm getting an error.
"Something went wrong and your request could not be submitted. Please contact your system administrator"
I have set up the walkup location and Appointment Configuration and I have validated all the things but still no luck.
Can someone please help me out and what can be the possible reason for this?

Actually My issue is I am able to scheduled an appointment but some users not able to booked appointment they are getting above error.
They are not able to select first appointment also.
Please help me with this.

My problem was the user criteria "Incident Fulfillers", which is part of -available for- within the record
producer that i´m useing for your walk-up.

Not sure if this question is still open. I encountered same issue and i found a way to resolve it.
this is probably caused by the "Available for" setting of "Catalog Item" used in the appointment configuration. OOTB "Walk-up Appointment" is restricted to "Incident fulfiller".
You may duplicate a record procuder "Walk-up Appointment", remove the "Available for" setting, use this new record producer in the appointment configuration.
