Need your help understand the issue that we are facing with browser notification for chat queue in browser.
Application: Connect
Module: Queue (Package - Connect Support)
We ensured the browser settings for notifications and pop-ups are enabled but the notification popup is not working sometimes.
Please provide your thoughts and suggestions for the issue.
