Notification redirect URL based on user's role

Hello Folks,

 

I  have a requirement , for the notification , if the user have no role url should redirect serviceportal incidnet page and if the user have role it should redirect to instance incident ticket.

...................................

 i have a email scripting ,but the i dont find any "link" is shown on the email notification, colud you please help on this.

Did you see the Xanadu latest update on the email redirection using the plugin ITSM Notifications Redirection (com.snc.itsm.notifications_redirection) which is active by default. But not enabled until we set the system property "sow_email_notification_redirect" to true.
