On-Call Scheduling question

Has anyone setup an On-call roster to send an email to a group or send a teams message to group instead of the primary user that is on-call. Is this possible without custom code/workflow?

I think they are wanting to use it for the escalation policy but yeah you bring up a good point. Maybe this does not need to be in SN at all.

Hi @dan167
On-call specifically refers to the dedicated agent who is responsible for being notified. Without custmization, the system will not trigger notifications to that teams.
