Greetings,
I am currently in the process of setting up an "After Hours" On-Call rotation for a group and have been unable to configure the shift to rotate at the correct time. The shift has been setup so that there is someone On-Call from 5pm to 8am Mon-Fri and for the entire weekend (48 hours). The shift is supposed to rotate between the On-Call user on Monday at 5pm meaning that the user who was On-Call during the weekend is On-Call until 8am on Monday. However, no matter how I set up the Schedule Template for this shift the system defaults to rotating the users at 12am on Monday and not 5pm.
Is there anyway to setup the shift so that the On-Call user starts there shift on Monday at 5pm and ends there shift the following Monday at 8am? Or does the system always default to rotating between users at midnight?
Thank You!
Mitch M.

Hi, I have an example where my rota changes on a Thursday and this is functioning as expected, using 'day of week rotation' for each shift - visible 'Members' tab of 'Create / Edit On-Call Schedule'
The only dependency I can think of is that if an overnight scheduled is configured with 2 separate (daily) entries IE one that ends 23:59:59 and then another starting at 00:00:00 then the platform may consider 00:00:00 to be the time to rotate.

Thank you, Tony!
I just updated the schedule entries so that they go until 00:00:00 and not 23:59:00 and the shift is now rotating at 5pm on Monday and not 12am. It seems like the 00 at the end of 23:59 was what caused the issue since the shift was not going until the complete end of day.

I have had similar issues. Does it make a difference if you check or uncheck the All day check box?
