Once Incident is closed the form view is going back to new state

Hi All,

Can someone please help me on the below query.

After the incident is closed in list view it is showing state as closed, but when i opened a form it is going back to New state.

Hi, are you looking at the same states? As I see "Incident state" in one picture and "State" in the other picture?

If states change and you don't want it check the business rules running.

Hi, I believe both are different fields which are not sync up. That's why you are seeing this expected scenario.
