One Catalog Item in a Order Guide has to be always Included

Hi Folks,

I want a catalog Item(already containing mandatory variables) should be always included.Is their any way which we can perform to achieve above ?

Order guide is getting submitted without that catalog item(Not Included)

Under 'Rule Base' keep 'Ignore Mandatory Evaulation' to false always and see if that works?
