Hello
Can someone please provide examples of the OOTB notifications for the following:
I would like to know when triggered, who receives, the subject & example body of email
1. Incident Commented & state Changed
2. Incident Commented for ESS
3. Incident Commented for ITIL

Hi Mary,
Do you not have access to a free personal developer instance? This would allow you to check things out of box, etc.?
We can certainly help, but if you have questions like this and don't want to wait on the Community to respond, etc. You definitely can request your own free PDI and check these things.

Can you refer below link and It will show the incident table notifications. You can check the info your personal instance.
