Having an issue via Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams, Virtual Agent Provider notifications that have "Enable Link" selected. The notifications are sending fine, but the resulting message in Teams which has the button that's included when Enable Link is checked doesn't link back to the record in ServiceNow. All I get is a pop-up of the Virtual Agent icon. I'm sure it's probably a basic setup-type issue that I'm overlooking, but I'm having trouble finding it. Screenshots are attached showing an example notification after it has arrived along with the button corresponding to the Enable Link option, and the icon pop-up when I select the button.

According to the ServiceNow response to someone else it's a known issue corrected by changing sn_va_teams.view_non_video_msft_task_module to false, which did work for me as well.
