Order Guide - Can we pass the variable value one to another item?

Hello Guys,

I have to create new hire item - there are sub items like AD account creation/ machine allocation/Share,app access. Now the 2nd and 3rd part is dependent on 1st one . is it possible that we can use the 1st item values for 2 nd 3rd one ?

do i have to filled the required value on the 1st item than save them in a table and call them in 2nd and 3rd item?
