Order guide not working or unable to click/submit next

Hello All,

I'm trying to fix orderguide issue , after form filled try to click on 'next ' button ..its not moving and showing below error on console "the server respond with a status of 400"

tried to check any mandatory field is hidden..but non of them identify ..

Do you have catalog client scripts? Have you checked your console log to see if there's any errors on the scripts?

Keep in mind that catalog client scripts could be associated to variable sets or order guides, you will need to check all the ones that apply to see if one is failing.

Check the Scripts included in your Service Portal Theme. It is looking for a cross-site script but cannot find it.

Try in incognito or another browser, as it could possibly be a plugin.
