hi all,
how are you using the orphan ci rule in servicenow for CMDB health and what are the definitions that you have used for different classes? what is the remediation action taken if a CI is determined as an orphan?

It can be done in the health inclusion rule where you can use a query to exclude the storage disks even coming into calculation.

I tried with a health inclusion rule. It did not work. The orphan list still had storage devices. Can you help me with creating a health inclusion rule query to exclude storage discs.
Thank you.

Hello all,
Can anyone please tell me for the below scenario what relationship condition I have to use in the Orphan rule ;
- " Any Server that is not connected to an application is considered orphaned ."
Thank you !
