Parent category and child category in service portal

' sc_category 'page in service portal, when I am clicking parent category, I have to display corresponding child categories. 

For example, I have parent category named 'Request Something'. It has 2 subcategories and total 12 catalog item.

When I click on Request Something (parent category) I have to display 2 child categories instead of catalog items.

It seems in it by behaviour. In your case, don't click on hardware, click on + icon.
