Hi,

I need to create a Performance Analytics widget that shows:

Total Incident Count
Closed Incident Count
Percentage of Closed Incidents

I believe this can be achieved using PA indicators and formula indicators. Could someone guide me on:

How to create these indicators?
How to configure the formula for percentage?
Best way to display them in a dashboard widget?
Kindly refer the attached screenshot

Hi @Surya231 ,

If you do not have any experience with performance analytics, then I would suggest you to take the free training first before doing so. The reason is, if you create it wrongly you could put unrecommended load on the instance.
