Please suggest me the next certification

I have completed CSA/ CAD and CIS- ITSM and ITIL V 4 are in my piepline...Can anyone suggest what else certifications I should go for. I am working as Techno- Functional Manager in ITSM Track.

1. ]Expand your expertise with certifications like CIS-SecOps, CIS-CSM, or CIS-HRSD, depending on your organization's needs.

2. Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialist: This can be valuable if you're involved in managing and optimizing IT assets and applications.

3. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other Agile certifications: Helpful if you work in agile environments or oversee agile projects.

4. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO): For strengthening your project management skills.

5. Advanced ITIL Certifications (like ITIL Managing Professional): These can deepen your understanding of IT service management.

Choosing a certification depends on your career goals, current role, and the direction you want to take within the ITSM and IT management fields.

It depends what kind of projects does your team do? for example, if you see a whole lot of HR projects, then do HRSD certification. 

But personally I feel it's good to have Discovery certification. My justification is that your ITSM sits on top of CMDB. And everybody needs to have good knowledge on CMDB.

In order to take the best decision for yourself, you can do following things -

1. Login to nowLearning > Credntial Program > Credential Path > Follow your area of interest.

2.  Register here to RiseUp with ServiceNow for monthly events.

We are kind of in same role and I will say, now instead of focusing on certs, foucs on learning and experience. I will not say don't do certs, but before that try to work in that new domain which can provide you idea about Pratical.

If you ask me and other say, go for HAM and SAM and GRC.
