Plugins for connect chat & support

Can anyone please tell the plugin used for connect chat & support. From docs 

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-servicenow-platform/page/use/collaboration/task/t_Activat... got this. But they are not getting installed. Is there any dependency plugin??

just confirming here,

did you activate the plugin "com.glide.connect.support", if yes then can you try to logout and login again. ?
