Can anyone please tell the plugin used for connect chat & support. From docs
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/newyork-servicenow-platform/page/use/collaboration/task/t_Activat... got this. But they are not getting installed. Is there any dependency plugin??

No. not error. as i take my mouse arrow to click install. it doesnt work. Like read-only. cannot do anything
