Populated field in a report is exporting as blank

Hi all, I have what I assume is a simple issue that I just can't work out.

I have a report based on the sc_task table and I have dot walked to the sc_request table to pull in the 'Requested By' field (it's a standard reference type based of the sys_user table)

When I run the report the the fields are populated as expected.

But when I export it to excel or pdf the 'Requested By' is blank

What am I missing, your help would be appreciated

Hi Pradeep, thanks for the link, it was very informative but my issue is a little different because the user can see the text in the field when they run the report (it's displayed correctly) it's only when it's exported to excel or pdf where the field goes blank. I'm not sure how this would be ACL related. Even with my admin access, once export the report column is blank.

Which release is the issue on?

Also can you make sure that all the OOTB ACL"s on user table exists. If this doesn't help, I would recommend you to raise a HI ticket.

Hi Pradeep,

This is occurring in Eureka patch11-hotfix2, we are updating to Geneva next week, so I'll wait until, test it again and then log it if the issue persists. The OOTB ACL's on user table does exist
