Post submitting the request, I need to hide the variable which were not selected during submission.

Hi,

 

After submitting the request, I need to hide the variables that were not selected during submission. This should happen when the request is opened for viewing in portal, ensuring only the selected variables are visible. How can I achieve this ?

May be I didn’t explain my query earlier, appologies for that. I have few checboxes in my catalog item form which are coming on the ticket_page even if i am not filling them. The empty one are showing as false value which i understand why. But do we have any way to avoid such variables atleast those checkboxes from being displaying on ticket page if not selected or not clicked

I already mentioned in the below link on how to hide variables which are empty.

you will have to clone the widget and make the necessary changes.
