Pre-filter slushbucket

I would like to have a slushbucket filtered automatically. For example, the slushbucket must display the users of a given company. I would like to have it filtered automatically and not manually supplied.

Thanks Deepak, I have seen that post. It relates to catalogue and using variables. I need to apply the same type of functionality to, for example, related changes in a problem, filtering the slushbucket list by company selected in the problem.

If that is the case, then I sense better way to do is via creating Defined Related list. Please go through the below wiki link to check similar example

You mean here:

Right-click on the related list and go to List Control

Add the Edit Default Filter field to the form:

Create your Filter:

And it will be a filter:
