I'm trying to use the Classification PI model to predict the Assignment Group for a Request Item using data stored in a catalog variable. When i get to Step 3 (select the input data that is helpful to predict the output field) There's no option to select any variables. Is there any way to configure this, or is it not even possible?

Hello,
Are you in global scope ? because I can see 'Variables' but I don't think you can select indiviual variable like that so what I suggest is you create one field on 'sc_req_item' which will be mapped to Variable of catalog item and after that you can easily select the field.
This approach is feasible only if you are doing it for one item.
Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps

Hi Musab, thank you for the reply and suggestion. I'm don't think i want to customize the Request form just to add a catalog variable from one item onto it. But I'm thinking what i'll do is create a script to populate the description fields for only this item with the value of the variable im targeting (Since we arent using the description fields on this form), and then have the model point to the description field.
Appreciate your assistance.
