Printer Friendly Version

Hi there,

Is anybody aware of any controls/properties within Service-now that allow you to configure a base template for the 'Printer Friendly Version' of forms/views/etc?

Specifically, I want to ensure that the company logo is displayed at the top left of each 'Printer Friendly Version' screen so that company branding is maintained and it's very clear where the printed content has come from.

I'm hoping somebody else has tried (and successfully completed!) something similar.

I haven't seen anything on that. I am currently looking for a way to increase the font size. Do you know if this is this doable?

service-now has a function called setPreferredFontSize() that you can add/remove by 1 that is run on the little font buttons at the top of the left-side navigation. You could likely call that function from a client script.

We noticed that the print friendly version of an incident does not print show the activity.   I'm looking to get that corrected.

We have a process owner who also want the Activity Log to print in the Printer Friendly Version.   Were you able to solve this?
