The error "onAssess is not defined" usually means ATF is trying to execute the onAssess() function when clicking the assess button, but the function isn't available in the client script.
Chec the 'Assess' UI Action in the UI actions for the prblm table. If the Client checkbox is selected and the Onclick field contains onAssess(), make sure the script includes a matching function named onAssess().
If the UI Action has been customized, compare it with the out of the box version to see whether anything has changed. Also, since the button is visible in the screenshot, this looks more like a script execution issue than a role issue.
If the UI Action is intended to run only on the server, check whether the Client checkbox and Onclick field are actually needed before changing them.
If this helps resolve your issue, could you please mark the reply as a solution or helpful?
