Problem Management Report

Hi Team

Need urgent help. I'm struggling to make a weekly/monthly problem report bcos we don't have CMDB incorporated in our ServiceNow tool. I need a consolidated problems report to include:

 

  1. Duration of the Problem ticket
  2. Last update to the problem ticket
  3. Priority of the problem ticket
  4. Ticket opened date and opened by Whom.
  5. "Related Incidents to the Problem ticket" and "incident converted to problem count"

 

A Snapshot of the report query (especially in the CONFIGURE report stage) is what I'm looking for, so that I can add all the aforementioned elements into it.

 

OR  - How can I invoke Problem Management Dashboard same as the one in the below URL
