Anyone have the roles and definitions for the Problem Management module in SNow? I have the ITIL roles and need to compare and contrast.

Hi George,
I don't think there are any such roles for problem management apart from "ITIL".
That list is the OOB roles we have with the system.

Please go through the base system roles in servicenow wiki for more info.

Nope...doesn't specify the Prb roles specifically.

Thanks but ITIL has the Problem Manager...that's about it. SNow has many more roles in the PRB module. I'm trying to understand the logic behind some of these roles. Were they created for the end user? Convenience?
