I have a requirement to send a notification after a catalog task closes in a workflow and have the attachment(s) on that task be included in the email notification. The workflow is created on the 'sc_req_item' table. From searching other posts I thought I could use the "Include Attachments" checkbox that is available in a Notification, but I am not able to get this to work. Am I doing something wrong?
Here are some examples of my setup:
1. Workflow contains a Catalog Task that will have an attachment added to it prior to it closing. Then the event(email.task_attachments - which is on the sc_task table) is fired to trigger the email notification:
2. Notification, that is triggered by the event, is configured with "Include attachments" checked:
3. The email sends, but no attachments are on it:
Anyone have an idea why this is not working or what needs to be done to accomplish this?
