I am currently assisting a client with having a public facing Record Producers on a custom table (u_hr_request) extending from the Task table.
I've been able to get the producer visible and submittable to an external user however for the public user I am getting "No readable comment field" and for a logged in user I can see the comments fine.
the Public role has been added to the ACLs for the custom table u_hr_request at the Read, Create, Write level.
We need the public users to be able to read and reply to comments on the portal.
Thanks,
Mike

Hi @StandardSanders ,
Ou usually get this section in OOB for addtional comments and not for fields.
For adding additional fields you would have to customize the widget which is showing Number ,Created and
Updated....
If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
Thanks & Regards,
