Did you checked the ACLs ? Are the comments visible in the backend ?

Add the comments field to the activity stream on a ticket in the ITIL view.

i am able to see the same record in norma service now plat form, if it the ACL issue i will not able to see it in normal service now platform.please help me on this.

 

Is it oob Portal page or custom Portal Page?
