"Request Automatically Closed as all Line Items were complete" message

Hi SNOW community,

Reaching out with the hope that someone might be able to point me in the right direction to change or wait for this message to appear on Requests in Service Catalog.

 

When a user puts in a Request, they get a message on the Portal that their request was automatically closed, however, the RITM and tasks are all still open. Any recommendations on how to change this flow? Or message? find_real_file.png

have you checked the "Close Parent if Required" business rule on RITM table , seems like request is automatically getting closed skipped or closed closed_incomplete 

can you add the workflow which you have used on your catalog form? have you used setValue activity there ?
