"Waiting for flow execution data" Error

Hi,
In my Dev Instance the flow is not getting triggered and its showing the error as "Waiting for flow execution data."

When I click the flow context related link on the request item, I get this:

is this happening all the time?

when was the last time it worked fine?

Try to deactivate that flow, activate again and see if this works

Deactivating the flow and activating could work but It is happening with all the catalogs in which all flows are attached.
