"Waiting for flow execution data" Error

Hi,
In my Dev Instance the flow is not getting triggered and its showing the error as "Waiting for flow execution data."

When I click the flow context related link on the request item, I get this:

Sure, could you please give me more details such as the name of plugin and the steps to repair ?

In Application Navigator --> Plugins

Then search for Workflow Studio

There you will get repair / update.

Do the same.
