Hi Team,

Whenever I am clicking on any record or try to create new record, I am getting 'Record not found' error.

Instance-2 (Quebec) :

find_real_file.png

Even if I am trying tp create new interaction by clicking on '+' icon, it is showing 'Record not found'.

I am unable to create neither open any record. It is showing 'Record not found' for all.

However in my another instance which is same Quebec only, I can able to see the records and create new records.

Can anyone please help on this issue?

Thanks.

Hello Guys,

I got a solution for this from the HI execuitve. We need to delete the below system property.

sn_shn.note_preferences

Even disabling it will not work. So we need to delete this property.

Thanks.

I have the same issue as security admin.  I'm simply setting it up.  Will try a cache.do

Hello All,

For me this doesn't work.

The issue in my case is that when the user (even with admin role) tries to open a case from the 'My team's cases' list .  The message record not found appears.  When refreshing the browser, the case is shown.

Opening a case from the "My active cases" list works without any issue.

The user can also open the cases without issue via the list view.

I can't find why this happens

Hi @Yves Biset1, we are experiencing the same issue. Did you find a solution?

Hi

I guess, this may be caused by missing "VIEWS" for your workspace.

The error message maybe is NOT caused by having problems to read the data (e.g. an incident), but may be caused by a missing view record, and that will hinder the view to be built!

Go to one of the tables that you try to access in workspace, and check, if you have a List View called "Workspace" (see screenshot below).

find_real_file.png

If you do NOT have such a view, create a new one and try again to show the list in Workspace.

Let me know if that answers your question and mark my answer as correct and helpful.
