Record not found in Agent Workspace

Hi Team,

 

Whenever I am clicking on any record or try to create new record, I am getting 'Record not found' error.

 

Instance-2 (Quebec) :

Even if I am trying tp create new interaction by clicking on '+' icon, it is showing 'Record not found'.

I am unable to create neither open any record. It is showing 'Record not found' for all.

 

However in my another instance which is same Quebec only, I can able to see the records and create new records.

Instance-1 (Quebec) :

Can anyone please help on this issue?

Hello Guys,

 

I got a solution for this from the HI execuitve. We need to delete the below system property.

sn_shn.note_preferences

 

Even disabling it will not work. So we need to delete this property.

Yes we have location and interaction configured only in workspace. It is coming for both.

Hi

Maybe this is an issue of access rights. Did you compare the access rights of your test-user on the Instance-1 with the access rights on Instance-2?

Did you also try to achieve the function on "Instance-2" with an admin user?

Does the function work for users with admin rights?

Just let me know about these details.

It is not working for the admin users as well. I have checked all the Business Rules, Client Scripts and the system properties. But everything looks fine. I am not getting where the issue is.
