Adding an approver to knowledge articles

Hi everyone, I am trying to set up approvers for Knowledge and all documentation I am finding says that "Knowledge_Group_member" should allow a user to approve, however my user is not showing up in the approvers list.

The "Knowledge - Approval Publish" workflow is definitely set on your KB?
