Helsinki Patch 4
Enabled Multi-Provider SSO plugin and configured the settings. The test connection button works to confirm that the settings are correct. When I go to the Instance in IE, I get our company's login screen, enter my credentials and am successfully logged in. When I use Chrome, I get to the SN native login screen with a link that says 'use external login'. I click that and am prompted for my user_name. I enter that and click submit, but then I get a message 'Redirect failed. Contact system administrator'.
Any ideas?
I've cleared cookies, tried an incognito window, changed the properties for the remember me checkbox and still no luck. Thanks in advance.

Found the problem - with SN's help - the SSO source wasn't set on the user records properly.

Can you see any errors in Chrome's java console?
Does it work in Firefox?

Nothing is showing up inthe java console in Chrome. I'm waiting to get firefox installed (new PC without local admin rights) to test that, as I was thinking it may have to do with a persistent session/cookies (I'm seeing vague references to this, but not sure I fully understand yet). Thanks.
